these three studies 48x48’’ (122x122 cm) are an attempt at a beginning at a continued study of ‘random as icon’ which, i believe, is endemic to our time in human culture in the americanist paradigm. i am planning a 6x6’ triptych of either this aspect as’leaves’ or one on the ‘hosta’ series; or, both.
